My training and personal counselling I have undertaken has helped me to become self aware on some lifes issues that have been thrown my way. I can now implement my qualifications and draw on my own lifes experiences to be fully present and congruent in the counselling room. I believe I relate and communicate with others in a relational, sensitive, empathic and compassionate way.

As well as running my private practice in Cosham and Southsea I am a volunteer at Off The Record, which is a charity run counselling service for 11-25 year olds. I can see myself being at Off The Record for many years to come. This is mainly because I believe it is important to give back and support the younger generation.

I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor. I have certificates for:

• Basic counselling skills for level 1, 2 and 3
• Diploma in Gestalt / Humanistic Counselling

I am fully insured and have monthly supervision to ensure I am working effectively and ethically.
